Cross-channel E-Merchandising Console
Innovative module for easily managing E-Merchandising rules, designed to provide E-Marketers and business users with a comprehensive set of tools for creating and driving rules through a high-quality, ergonomic interface. This module integrates seamlessly into your cross-channel strategy, since it facilitates the management of published content for all channels and devices, from a unified management centre. For each marketing rule, E-Marketers can therefore decide whether it should apply to the website, the multi-touch terminals (kiosk) in a specific store, the call centre, or the mobile version.
The E-Merchandising Console also includes new opportunities for targeting customers. Merchandising rules can be applied on multiple visitor profiling criteria, based on data from your CRM, or according to the customer's browsing data: location, referrer, number of visits, channel, search terms, etc. All actions can be planned and scheduled in advance to ensure more effective marketing campaigns.
