Compario’s hosting solution provides unparalleled security, performance, and availability
Compario’s hosting solution meets the latest stringent requirements in terms of security. Hosted in a secure technical environment (firewall, load balancers, dedicated SANs), Compario services use state-of-the-art equipment and software, which are maintained and updated by specialised technicians. Data transit is completely secure, based on a Tier-1 infrastructure, with a BGP ensuring internet connection redundancy. Physical and software firewalls provide dual protection against attacks.
Access to the platform is restricted to Compario’s operating teams and specialised service providers, and cannot be accessed via the internet network. A tight password policy also gives each technician increased responsibility. Our customers’ data environments are partitioned, ensuring that stored information remains confidential and secure.
Several real time software and hardware monitoring systems are in place which alert support teams immediately, 24 hours a day in the unlikely event of any issues. General monitoring of the infrastructure provides us with alerts in the event of any technical hardware issue (technical failing, disk space). Probes are placed within the infrastructure, as well as in remote sites, in order to ensure that the platform is always available.

All infrastructure components have built in redundancy in order to reach the required level of availability. In particular, we systematically use load balancing, clustering and SAN storage technology in order to ensure that the data and applications are always available to our customers.
