Pascal Podvin - CEO

Pascal Podvin invested in Compario in 2008, and became CEO. In this role, he orchestrated Compario’s first capital raise, and leads the company towards global leadership.

He brings more than 25 years of experience in global software management, acquired in the USA and Europe.

Prior to joining Compario, Pascal Podvin invested in several start-ups, such as BlueKiwi, guiding them through their launch strategy.As European VP, then VP of worldwide sales operations, he grew the business of software vendors Blue Martini and i2 Technologies.Pascal Podvin contributed to the impressive rise of PeopleSoft from its start, creating an ecosystem of business partners in the USA, before launching the group's first activities in Europe, as President of PeopleSoft France, then VP Europe.He began his career at ADP/GSI France, and founded GSI Canada, before managing the group’s business development from New York.

A dual citizen (France/USA), Pascal Podvin holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School.

Romuald Poirot - VP Software Engineering

Romuald Poirot joined Compario in 2005 as CTO and oversees the development of the Compario software solution, which from the very beginning was designed to be functionally and technologically ahead of the market.

He joined Compario with more than 15 years’ experience in IT and the internet, expertise in e-commerce and managing very large projects.

Before joining Compario, he held several positions in technical consulting, development and project management at Access-IT, which he helped to establish as a leader for large-scale e-commerce projects, with clients such as L’Oreal, RATP, Eurotunnel, Decathlon, Redcats and Castorama.

Romuald Poirot holds a DUT, a University Diploma with a major in IT management.

Guillaume Leman - Director, Account Management

Guillaume Leman joined Compario in 2007. He initially oversaw the implementation of the Customer Services Department, before taking up the position of Country Manager, Benelux and Switzerland.

An expert in internet customer services, Guillaume Leman has 12 years’ experience in the e-commerce field.

Before joining Compario, he held various management positions in the international group QXL Ricardo.

Stéphane Vendramini - VP Product

Stéphane Vendramini joined Compario in 2010 as Director, Pre-Sales and Product Strategy, and is in charge of the strategic positioning of the Compario solution.

He has 20 years’ experience in business software, in particular in CRM and e-business products and services.

Before joining Compario, Stéphane held senior positions at Accenture France and Logica.

He hold a Masters Degree in Business Engineering from the Catholic University of Mons.

Guillaume Porquier - Director, Customer Services

Part of the Compario team since 2011, Guillaume Porquier's responsibilities include implementation, consulting, training and customer support.

He has more than 10 years’ experience in customer services management and consulting, working at Accenture France and Sterling Commerce.
