Associate Director and Member of the Management Board, Inès Sen has been part of XAnge Private Equity since its beginnings.

Prior to that, Inès Sen had strategic roles with the La Poste Group, an investor in XAnge Capital, in particular holding the position of New Services Development Department Strategy Director.

A financial analyst, and expert in the postal sector, she has particular expertise in the area of communications security, since she was Founding President of CertiNomis, a certification authority (La Poste and Sagem collaboration).

Before joining the La Poste group, Inès Sen worked as a financial analyst at the Caisse Nationale du Crédit Agricole.

She holds a degree in Economics and Political Science (Paris), and is a graduate of the Ecole des Langues Orientales (Eastern Languages University).

Jean-Luc Lénart

With a degree in economics, Jean-Luc Lénart began his career as a sales representative in the IT sector, before joining the Atos Origin Group in 1982. During his time with the group, he held several management positions, and became a member of the group's Executive Committee until 1988.

He became CEO of CCMX from 1999 to 2004. After a few years working in a corporate bank, he then devoted his energy to his own consulting and investment firm.

François Mazon

Executive Director of the NRJ Group, François Mazon in turn held the positions of Account Manager at IBM, Managing Director of Econocom Japan, and President of Cap Gemini France.

More recently, he held the position of Senior Executive Vice-President for Southern Europe and Asia at Steria.

François Mazon is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris.

François-René Letourneur

François-René Letourneur is a Partner and Member of the Executive Board of I-Source, and an Executive Director for various companies.

Before joining I-Source, he was the satellite telecommunications operator Intelsat’s European Director, in charge of European sales and strategy.

Prior to that, he managed the key accounts sales team of the Electronics and Aeronautics Department of the France Telecom Group.

François-René Letourneur began his career at IBM France, where he held several technical and sales positions.

He holds an engineering degree from the École Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris School of Management.
